Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return or exchange.

  Quality Assessment

  For defective filament or spool issues, please provide photos of the print failure or batch number located on the packaging for our technical review.

  Ship the Item

  Once approved, securely pack the items in their original boxes and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the products back to our warehouse.

  Refund Processing

  After our team inspects the returned materials, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement filament within 3-5 business days.
